Invoke Solutions, Inc. Privacy Statement

Using an innovative software platform, Invoke Solutions(SM) offers Web-based conferencing and collaboration tools to assist our business customers in managing customer relationships, conducting online surveys and research, and facilitating employee training programs. This Privacy Statement addresses how Invoke Solutions(SM) will handle information collected from individuals who respond to event invitations or participate in online events facilitated by Invoke Solutions(SM).

Please note that the terms of this Privacy Statement do not apply to any third party Web site linked to the Invoke Solutions(SM) Web site or made available through any of the events we facilitate. Event participants should consult the privacy policies of each Web site they visit.

I. Information Collection and Use

Event Information. Invoke Solutions(SM) may collect personal information from individuals who participate in surveys, focus groups, presentations, and online training sessions facilitated by Invoke Solutions(SM) for our business customers (generally, “events”). The business customer initiating the event determines the type of data that will be collected. In some instances, our business customers may ask for a participant’s name, e-mail address, mailing address, and gender. The Invoke Solutions(SM) software platform captures and stores this information along with each participant’s survey or focus group responses.

Cookie Data. Invoke Solutions(SM) uses cookies (small text files stored on a participant’s computer) and other passive data collection techniques to gather data regarding individuals’ interaction with our Web site, our services, and participation in the events. We use the data gathered through cookies to provide event initiators with statistical data regarding event participation.

Technical Information. Once an individual links from an event invitation to our Web site, our system logs certain technical information such as the individual’s web browser, his IP address, the Web pages he has visited within our Web site, IP address, the Web pages visited within our Web site, and other information regarding their computer system. We primarily use this information for system administration, Web site customization, and research and development.

II. Information Disclosure and Access

Our business customers engage us to facilitate their online events. As a result, we disclose all of the information we collect, including personal information if applicable, to the business customer that initiates the event. In addition, we may analyze this information to provide the event initiator with an analysis of the event. This analysis may reveal personal information about individual event participants.

Invoke Solutions(SM) does not own or control its business customers, and makes no representations regarding the manner in which our business customers use or disclose the information they receive. Our business customers are not bound by this Privacy Statement, and may use or disclose the personal information of event participants in a manner not contemplated herein. Once we disclose the information we collect and any accompanying analysis to our business customers, we delete all personal information about event participants from our databases.

During the course of an event, the event initiator will see the individual responses of each of the event participants. Depending on the format of the event, event participants may also be able to view one another’s individual responses. Individual responses may be displayed along with the respondent’s full name and other information.

Invoke Solutions(SM) will disclose personal information about event participants where required by law. Invoke Solutions(SM) may also disclose personal information if we consider it necessary to protect our legal rights, or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct.

III. Collection of Information from Children

In the event that we collect, use, or disclose personal information about children under the age of 13, we will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.
